Good morning Christine,

Please provide copies of all reports, memos, records, correspondence, and communications regarding the Critical Areas Ordinance administrative review that is reported in the most recent COBI Connects Newsletter dated November 2019. I am especially interested in any Council updates (which I believe were removed from City Council Agendas).

I'd like access to the citizen comments submitted as part of the CAO survey that was performed.

I want to review staff, Council, and any commission, committee or task force work products,  correspondence memos or messages including any charge given to staff as well as formal reports regarding the CAO for the last 18 months.

Hi Brian,

I am providing links to the City Council and Planning Commission agendas and meeting materials I have identified to date where the Critical Areas Ordinance administrative review was discussed (April 16 and July 23, 2019 City Council meetings and May 9, 2019 Planning Commission meeting).  I am also providing a link to the City's Critical Areas Ordinance web page.

I will need additional time to work with IT and the Planning Department to identify the remaining records.  Because this is a large request, I will respond in installments.  I will have the next installment for you on or before December 11, and I anticipate completing this request in an additional two months, by February 11.
