Please consider this my formal request for the production of documents* from May 20, 2019.

Please provide copies of all documents evidencing written/spoken communications by, between, and among, any/all individuals in COBI Public Works, COBI Planning and Development, COBI City Attorneys’ Office, COBI Administration (including Ms. Morgan Smith and/or staff), as well as any other individuals/entities, whether part of COBI government, or not, with respect to the following subject matter:

Request by Chris Neal of 5413 Fletcher Landing initiated May 20, 2019 to have “No Parking” signs installed on his property’s “planting strips” at/near the intersection of NE Fletcher Landing and Hanson Road

By copy of this correspondence to Mr. Sepler, I am requesting that his office retain and make available to you all relevant documents, including those containing discussions between his office and any person regarding the matter.

“Documents” includes all written communications sent/received via regular mail, email, text messages, and Tweet(s) or any other forms of social media communication, as well as all telephone message slips and documents containing/confirming any actual or attempted oral discussion of the subject matter with any person.  If COBI Administration, COBI Public Works, or COBI City Attorneys’ Office has opened a file of any kind regarding the matter, then “documents” is intended to include all documents within such file(s).
