This is a public records request by the Bainbridge Island Lodging Association (BILA) pursuant to RCW 42.56 and the Bainbridge Municipal Code 2.80.  Please make available the records requested below, for review by the undersigned and others from the Bainbridge Island Lodging Association.

Please provide every application received by the City of Bainbridge Island, or any of its staff, employees, and/or City Councilmembers, for membership on the 2016 Lodging Tax Advisory Committtee (LTAC) (the next LTAC, which will make funding decisions for 2017), and all documents submitted with each such application.  Since there is a short time before City Council finalizes LTAC membership (we understand the date is Aug. 9), we would appreciate receiving these documents as soon as possible.
